CDC Planning Committee Meeting Minutes 8/20/12

Here are the minutes from this evening’s planning committee meeting.

Participants: Brad Ditton, Tom Burdette, Dan Rosenberg

  • Next Steps
    • Lot line adjustment if Marc puts down a deposit
    • Draw the map for the parcel map (doesn’t have to be exact)
      • Include Crossroads parcel
      • includes phases (such 1-6)
        • county will allow us to develop them in any order as long as the improvements required by the County are done for that parcel.
    • Once the tentative parcel map is filed, we can start marketing parcels to developers
    • Speak with Integrated Engineers about the storm water retention/detention and how much volume we need to detain
  • Speak with Integrated Engineers about the wastewater treatment plant
