Chuck Borden, President, stated for the record there was no representative present from the North Fork Chamber of Commerce. He also read a letter from the North Fork Rancheria authorizing Patrick Beihn to act as an alternate Board Member Appointee and Tammy Armstrong was introduced as the alternate Board Member Appointee for the North Fork Volunteer Fire Auxiliary.

Purchase of Old Town on hold, however, Beverly Stearns is working with them to still be able to purchase.
Arts Council will paint murals on the old Grease building at the mill site. Motion by Volney for CDC to pay for paint. Seconded by Dan.

Public Comment
Sarah Rah sends “Thanks” to all participants and volunteers on Earth Day. They had double the participants from last year. She is also very supportive of the CDC but stated they are not doing their homework regarding the sub-division process. She suggested getting someone from the county to explain the process to the board. She also suggested someone from the board should attend a seminar on “How to manage Haz-mat property.”
She advised the training schedule could be viewed at www.cclr.org.
